Solution

We launched a feature that allowed Amazon customer service reps to check their emails for spelling, sentence correction, and grammar errors before sending them out. This feature was integrated into the existing email platform used by reps, making it easy to access and use.

The tool we developed was designed specifically for non-native English speakers, with features like auto-correction of common mistakes and suggestions for alternative phrasing. This helped reps communicate more effectively with sellers and resolve cases more efficiently.
