Problem

As the culture scene in Berlin continued to grow, there was a lack of affordable and accessible creative spaces for artists, musicians, and other creatives to work and collaborate. This led to many talented individuals struggling to find the resources they needed to bring their ideas to life.

To address this issue, our team set out to develop and build a creative space in Berlin that would provide everything these creatives needed under one roof.

Solution

We began by identifying a suitable location for the space - a 1000sqm building that we could transform into a hub for creativity. We then worked with architects and designers to create a layout that would include record studios, photo studios, event spaces, and more.

Once the plans were finalized, we got to work on building out the space. We sourced high-quality materials and worked with skilled craftsmen to ensure that every detail was perfect. Finally, we equipped each studio with top-of-the-line equipment so that artists could create without limitations.
