Juxta, an Australian job market app, faced a challenge in protecting the privacy of talents while allowing companies to search in a large talent pool. The app needed to implement a smart unlock request flow that would ensure the privacy of talents' information.

Additionally, the app was built using ReactJS, NextJs and NestJS on the backend with infra on Kubernetes GCP. The team needed to ensure that all these technologies worked together seamlessly to create a user-friendly experience for both companies and talents.

Solution

To address the privacy concerns of talents, we implemented a smart unlock request flow that required companies to submit a request before accessing any talent's information. This ensured that only legitimate companies could access talent profiles and helped prevent any misuse of personal information.
