Problem

Our innovation head quarters were growing rapidly, and with that growth came a need for clear and concise documentation of our processes. We had a lot of new employees joining the team, and it was becoming increasingly difficult to ensure everyone was on the same page when it came to access security, safety training policies, side management, and custodial scheduling. We needed a way to streamline this information and make it easily accessible to all employees.

To address this problem, we decided to create a handbook that would serve as a one-stop-shop for all of our processes. The handbook would be available online so that employees could access it at any time, from anywhere. We knew this would require a significant amount of work upfront but believed it would ultimately save us time in the long run by reducing confusion and increasing efficiency.

Solution

We formed a team of four individuals from different departments within the innovation head quarters to work on creating the handbook. Our first step was to identify all of the processes that needed to be included in the handbook. We then worked together to create clear and concise documentation for each process.

Once we had all of the documentation completed, we created an online platform where employees could access the handbook. The platform was user-friendly and allowed employees to easily search for specific processes or browse through different categories. We also made sure that the platform was mobile-friendly so that employees could access it on their phones or tablets while on-the-go.
