Problem

Big Bang Social is a platform that promotes digital storytelling and an Indian creator marketplace. However, after conducting research and speaking with employees, we identified several problems with the website. Firstly, the career page lacked engaging content, which made it difficult to attract potential interns or onboarding personnel. Secondly, the website was slow and lagging, making it frustrating for users to navigate. Thirdly, there was no city ambassador Google form page available on the website. Fourthly, getting a creator's information was not easy or quick as it used to be earlier. Lastly, the site crashed frequently while performing tasks such as account creation or location selection.

Additionally, Big Bang Social media channels were not clearly visible on their website, and filtering options were not readily available. Notifications of creators applying for deals were vague and challenging to understand on the new updated website.

Solution

To address these issues, we proposed several solutions. Firstly, we suggested displaying articles from current employees on the career page to provide insight into their journey with Big Bang Social so far. Secondly, we recommended featuring social media channels such as Instagram posts prominently on the website to create more engagement with users.

We also suggested enabling caching on the site so that elements are stored in a cache for faster loading times for return visitors. Additionally, we proposed creating an easy-to-use dashboard with filter options where users could upload images directly instead of having to go through multiple steps.
