Solution

To address the client's needs, we developed two solutions: an automated text summarization tool and a machine learning model for predicting customer churn.

The text summarization tool used natural language processing techniques to extract the most important information from large amounts of unstructured data. This allowed the client to quickly analyze their data and make informed decisions.

For predicting customer churn, we built a machine learning model using historical customer data.
