Concept 1

Type -Live action

Feel - Dramatic, fast paced

Motive - To instil a sense of how learning has changed into a high speed event with ‘Compete ratings’.

Concept note - The film seeks to explore the new age ed tech arena and how a dad who finds his son excitedly playing on the phone isn’t a game but a fast paced quiz which makes for a sudden change of emotion in dad.

Script :

The film opens with a boy using his phone excitedly, he is sharply focussed in the screen. His little sister finds the right opportunity to get him a handful from his dad. She rushes to the drawing room where the dad is sipping tea, watching TV and tells that ‘papa… bhaiya game khel rha hai padhai chhor ke’. Dad loses his temper, gets up strictly. Fast cuts between dad approaching and Unacademy portal where our boy is on a tie with the competitor. Dad closes his fist, as the boy an- swers the last question correctly and the opponent loses. He exclaims in excite- ment as dad opens the gate furiously. Both share eye contact and right then dad receives a text “Congratulations Mr. Kapoor, your son has qualified the National Science Olympiad with AIR 21”. Dad smiles at the son and says “Next match se pehle juice ho jae?”

Concept 2

Feel - Dramatic, fast paced

Motive - To instil a sense of how learning has changed into a high speed commu- nity event with ‘Compete ratings’.

Concept note - The film seeks to explore the new age ed tech arena of students hooked in making high on the Unacademy compete scoreboards.

Script :

The film opens with a young boy stretching his hands, cracks his knuckles as the screen divides into another young girl cracking her neck.Both open their tablet. We enter into an animated zone where the boy’s and girl’s avatar are competing with each other. The world setting keeps on switching from history to maths. The scoreboard runs cut throat tight. We cut to real setting where girl marks the last question correct, exclaims in high enerygt. She is in a library, quiets herself up embarrassingly. The screen gets pushed to half with the boy on the second half, as he turns left and asks ‘another round?’

We see the librarian finding only two people left in the whole library engrossed in their phone. Exclaiming.

Concept 3

Feel - Dynamic, fast paced

Motive - To instil a sense of how learning has changed into a high speed community event with ‘Compete ratings’.

Concept note - The film seeks to explore the new age ed tech arena of students hooked in making high on the Unacademy compete scoreboards.

Script : The film opens with a young boy sitting on a bean bag in a royal court. Raga yaman playing in background. He is in a t-shirt and trouser in front of nine court-men sitting in nine dif- ferent chambers. He exclaims confidently ‘Tansen’ to himself, marks it on the tab. Slightly jumps up in excitement. The world setting transitions with a girl in space, there are 9 planets in front as she pushes pluto out. Closes her fist in excitement. Fast cuts of the world settings being changed for both the boy and girl, from Harappan civilisation - an ongoing surgery. The screen

divides in two halves with the score board showing 4 points on both sides, eyes are focussed on screen. They enter the world of a mathematical formula, both mark their answer. Girl gets it right and the boy’s side of the screen is pushed out. She achieves points in the compete sco- reboard.. screen transitions to her Unacademy profile, she is ranked up to a legend.

Split screen, the guy is sitting in his room on a bean bag, sighing and the girl is on a cycling chair as she turns to the left and says ‘Another round?’

Concept 4

Type - Live action

Feel - Dramatic, fast paced

Motive - To instil a sense of how learning has changed into a high speed community event with ‘Compete ratings’.

Concept note - The film seeks to explore the new age ed tech arena of students who are dri- ven to win on the Unacademy compete scoreboards.

Script : The film opens in a gaming parlour, kids putting in money inside machines to play. Arena scoreboard. Some are excitedly winning, some are soaring losers. Amongst this hustle bustle we zoom into a boy sitting in middle with his tablet. Quick cuts to the scoreboard, he is on a roll today, Unacademy gift hampers, cash prizes keep on building up besides him, we see a bunch of 4 tickets coming out of a gaming machine while a guy is pulling it out. All other kids stop playing and gather behind our guy peeping inside the tablet, utter silence in the gaming parlour.

Correct Answer, the boy is winning points and becomes a legend.

Approach

We began by conducting extensive research on Unacademy's target audience and competitors. We analyzed what types of content were most popular among students and what messaging resonated with them.

Based on our research, we developed a series of short, witty advertisements that highlighted the benefits of using Unacademy. Each ad was designed to be visually appealing and easy to understand, while also conveying a clear message about the value of the platform.
