Problem
As students, we found it difficult to find affordable and suitable PG accommodations in our desired cities. We noticed that there was no centralized platform that catered to the needs of students looking for PGs.
We also realized that many students were being taken advantage of by brokers who charged high fees and provided subpar living conditions. This led us to create a solution that would make finding PGs easier and more affordable for students.
Solution
We created a website called "PG Life" using web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. The website allows students to search for PG accommodations in their desired cities based on their budget and other preferences such as gender-specific accommodation or food preferences.
The website also includes a feature where verified landlords can list their available PG accommodations for free. This eliminates the need for brokers and reduces the cost of finding suitable accommodation for students.
