Our team was approached by a bank to consult on the development of new Internet banking and Mobile banking for corporate clients. The bank had a list of requirements but lacked a concept or general document that would provide basic information about the future product. They were in the phase of creating user stories, from which business analysis and development assignments would be made.

We identified that the lack of a clear project concept and information architecture could lead to miscommunication between stakeholders, resulting in delays and inefficiencies during the development process.

To address the problem, we started by creating an information architecture that provided clarity on how different functionalities would be organized within the platform. We also helped create prototypes for specific functionalities while consulting on existing prototypes designed by the bank.
