Problem

The world is becoming increasingly divided along cultural and socio-political lines, leading to a lack of understanding and empathy between people from different backgrounds. This has created a need for a space where people can come together, relax, and enjoy activities regardless of their race, nationality, religion, sexual preferences, or party affiliation. The Common Ground International Social Club was created to address this problem by providing a sanctuary for people from all walks of life.

However, creating such a space comes with its own set of challenges. One of the biggest challenges was finding a way to bring people together in an inclusive environment that promotes understanding and unity while still being financially sustainable. The team had to find a way to create an experience that would be attractive enough for people to want to become members without compromising the core values of the club.

Solution

The team behind the Common Ground International Social Club came up with several solutions to address the challenges they faced. First and foremost, they decided to launch the club with a series of performances by the 200 person Imperial Russian Ballet troupe accompanied by the Moscow State Symphonic Orchestra at the Grand Hall Stage in the New Exhibition World Bahrain. This would not only attract attention but also showcase the diverse range of cultural activities that members could expect from the club.

In addition, they developed a Collective Membership program that granted access to all members regardless of their background or financial status. This ensured that everyone had equal access to all events and activities hosted by the club. They also made sure that all events were designed with inclusivity in mind so that everyone felt welcome and comfortable participating.
