A human rights institution had a podcast program that was gaining popularity, but they were struggling with editing the video content for YouTube. The team responsible for creating the podcast didn't have experience with video editing and didn't have the time to learn it. As a result, they were spending too much time on editing and not enough on creating new content.

Solution

Our team proposed to take over the video editing process for the podcast program. We had experience with video editing software and could quickly turn around high-quality videos for YouTube. We worked closely with the podcast team to understand their vision for each episode and what kind of edits they wanted us to make.

To streamline the process, we created templates for intro/outro graphics, lower thirds, and other common elements so that we could quickly apply them to each episode. We also set up a shared folder where both teams could easily access files and provide feedback.
