Problem

The Arb Dao project was facing a major issue of finding arbitrage opportunities in the market. The team was struggling to identify uniswap v2 and v3 compatible pools, which made it difficult to get flash loans and do the swap. This resulted in a loss of profits for the project.

The team also faced challenges in doing the flash loan only from Aave v3, which limited their options. Moreover, they needed to return the flash loan and keep the benefit, which required a lot of effort and time.

Solution

To overcome these challenges, we decided to add new functionalities to our bot. Firstly, we added the possibility to do flash loans in different lending protocols such as Dydx, Aave, Balancer, etc. This increased our options and helped us find more arbitrage opportunities.

We also added a liquidation trigger in different lending protocols and made it possible to make a leveraged position using Aave. These features enabled us to identify more profitable trades and execute them quickly.
