Utilities across the United States are facing challenging headwinds due to unprecedented extreme weather events and accelerated electrification. This is creating a need for utilities to be able to accurately forecast peak demand in order to prevent blackouts and the associated health/economic consequences, as well as enable greater adoption of intermittent renewable energy sources like solar.

Solution:

Our team developed an AI-driven forecasting platform that enables utilities to accurately predict peak demand. The platform combines data from various sources, including weather forecasts, historical energy usage data, and government regulations, to generate accurate predictions of peak demand. Additionally, the platform provides utilities with insights into how their customers are using energy and how they can better manage their resources.
