Solution

We proposed turning the space into a combination jewelry store and cafe. This would allow us to showcase the history of the building while also bringing new life into it.

We worked with local artisans to create custom pieces for the jewelry store, which added an element of exclusivity and uniqueness. We also sourced sustainable materials for all aspects of the project, including furniture, fixtures, and finishes.
