
AI Apps To Boost SME Customer Support Efficiency
Problem
Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) often struggle with providing efficient customer support services due to limited resources and labour. I recognized this problem and saw an opportunity to create AI apps based on OpenAI's ChatGPT, Dall-E, and GPT-4 models to help SMEs automate their customer support services.
However, developing these AI apps required technical expertise that many SMEs lacked. Additionally, the cost of hiring a team of developers to build custom AI solutions was often too high for SMEs to afford.
Solution
To solve this problem, I created small AI apps using Vanilla Javascript that could be easily integrated into SMEs' existing systems. These apps were based on OpenAI's ChatGPT, Dall-E, and GPT-4 models and could be used for automated customer support services.
The apps were designed to be user-friendly and easy to install without requiring any technical expertise. This made it possible for even the smallest businesses to benefit from AI-powered customer support services at an affordable price point.
