Problem

As a flutter intern, I was tasked with creating a rental panel dashboard for a client. The client had multiple properties and needed an easy-to-use platform to manage their rentals, including tracking payments and communicating with tenants. The client also wanted the platform to be accessible on both desktop and mobile devices.

One of the biggest challenges we faced was creating a user-friendly interface that would allow the client to manage all of their properties in one place. We also needed to ensure that the platform was secure and could handle sensitive information such as tenant payment data.

Solution

We decided to use Flutter, which allowed us to create a cross-platform application that could be used on both desktop and mobile devices. We created a dashboard that displayed all of the client's properties in one place, with easy-to-use filters that allowed them to quickly find the property they were looking for.

To ensure security, we implemented encryption for sensitive data such as tenant payment information. We also added two-factor authentication for added security.
