With the rise of food delivery services, customers expect quick and efficient delivery. However, traditional methods of tracking deliveries can be unreliable and frustrating for both customers and drivers. Additionally, customers may not always have their smartphones on hand to track their orders.

We recognized the need for a more streamlined and accessible system for tracking food deliveries in real-time.

Solution

We developed a food delivery app that allows customers to track their orders via smart watch or smartphone. The app provides real-time updates on the status of the order, including when it is being prepared, when it is out for delivery, and when it has been delivered. Customers can also see the driver's location on a map in real-time.

The app also includes features such as customer reviews and ratings, restaurant menus, and payment options. By providing a user-friendly interface with all necessary information in one place, we aimed to improve the overall customer experience while also increasing efficiency for drivers.
