Solution

We created a comprehensive social media management plan for 1stnews that included developing relevant content topics, creating and managing all published content (images, video, and written), monitoring and responding to users in a "Social" way while cultivating leads sales, conducting online advocacy and opening a stream for cross-promotions, expanding community and/or influencer outreach efforts, overseeing design, creating and managing promotions and Social ad campaigns, managing efforts in building online reviews and reputation by monitoring online reviews and responding to each review.

We also analyzed key metrics and tweaked strategy as needed by compiling reports for management showing results (ROI), becoming an advocate for 1st News in social media spaces by engaging in dialogues with customers, mapping out a comprehensive marketing plan that drove strategies proven by testing and metrics analysis. We monitored trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, strategy while implementing ongoing education to remain highly effective. We identified threats opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the company while reporting notable threats to appropriate management.
