Problem

Chandon Passion Brazil, the exclusive Brazilian product of the Chandon brand, responsible for 20% of the brand's sales in the country, needed a 360º strategy to activate its physical product throughout all its commercial partners. The challenge was to create a campaign that would unite branding, communication, and promotion to introduce the new phase of Passion. The team faced difficulties in designing specific activations and promotional materials for this new phase of Passion. They also had to come up with a funnel insertion plan to introduce the product into celebrations and bars along with an original drink championship, communication, community initiatives, hospitality, and tailor-made trousseaus. Solution

To solve these challenges, we created a comprehensive 360º strategy that included branding, communication, and promotion. We designed specific activations and promotional materials that were tailored to this new phase of Passion.
