Solution

We created O360, a website that provided a centralized platform for showcasing the project's progress. The website included detailed information about each stage of the project, timelines, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

To address frequently asked questions about the department, we created an informative video that covered all aspects of the department. We used PowerBi to create a dashboard that showcased real-time data on KPIs related to the project.
