Our client, a large retail chain, was struggling to keep up with the demand for their online shopping platform. With the pandemic forcing many customers to shop from home, their website traffic had increased exponentially and their current infrastructure was unable to handle the load. This resulted in slow page loading times, frequent crashes, and lost sales.

We knew we needed to find a solution quickly before our client lost even more business. We conducted an in-depth analysis of their website and identified several areas that needed improvement.

Solution

We proposed a complete overhaul of our client's website infrastructure. We recommended migrating their platform to a cloud-based server that could easily scale up or down based on demand. Additionally, we suggested implementing a content delivery network (CDN) to improve page loading times and reduce latency for users across the globe.

After receiving approval from our client, we got straight to work on implementing these changes. Our team worked tirelessly over several weeks to migrate all of their data to the new server and set up the CDN. We also made several other optimizations such as compressing images and minifying code to further improve performance.
