Problem

Our team was tasked with creating a UI/UX design that would appeal to our ideal customer, Hayley. However, we faced several challenges in the process.

Firstly, we needed to ensure that the design was user-friendly and easy to navigate for someone who is wary of shopping online. Secondly, we had to keep in mind that Hayley is a single mother who works as a freelancer and may not have a lot of time to spend browsing through products. Lastly, we had to create a design that would stand out from our competitors and make our product more appealing to Hayley.

Solution

To address these challenges, we conducted extensive research on our target audience and their preferences. We also analyzed our competitors' designs to identify areas where we could improve.

Based on our research, we created a clean and simple design with clear call-to-actions that would guide Hayley through the purchasing process. We also added features such as personalized recommendations and quick view options to help her save time while browsing through products.
