The gut microbiome plays a crucial role in maintaining overall health. However, recent studies have shown that nano plastics can disrupt the balance of gut bacteria, leading to dysbiosis and ultimately causing neurodegenerative disorders. Our team was tasked with finding a solution to this problem.

After conducting extensive research, we found that biotic diets such as probiotics and prebiotics could potentially help restore the balance of gut bacteria and prevent dysbiosis. However, there was no existing platform that provided personalized biotic diet recommendations based on an individual's gut microbiome composition.
