Despite reaching out to several firms, he did not receive any responses. He was hoping for a chance to interview and showcase his skills.

Solution

We developed an AI-powered job matching platform that connects students with potential employers based on their skills and experience. The platform uses machine learning algorithms to analyze job postings and identify the key skills required for each position. Students can then upload their resumes and portfolios, which are analyzed by the platform to determine their suitability for each job.

In Abdullah's case, he was able to upload his resume and portfolio onto our platform. Our algorithms identified his proficiency in design software such as Revit, Autocad, and Archicad, as well as his experience with Microsoft Office programs. We matched him with several architecture firms looking for design assistants and arranged interviews on his behalf.
