Problem

As part of the Customer Insights Program, we launched quarterly surveys to both our customers and full database to get a better pulse on what was going on in the real estate market. After gathering about 700 responses, we analyzed the results and compiled them into a report. The report showed that there was a disconnect in two areas: what agents thought they knew about the company and whether they were educated enough to pass the value on to their clients.

The problem was that this disconnect could lead to missed opportunities for sales and growth. If agents didn't understand the value of our company, they wouldn't be able to effectively communicate it to their clients. This could result in lost business and revenue for us.

Solution

To address this issue, we developed a customer marketing series that focused on highlighting the key unique value propositions of our company. We also created additional materials that explained how our services differed from those of competitors and why this difference mattered.

Additionally, we identified the gray areas in our messaging and refined them to be clearer and more concise about what we do.
