The Red Cross is a humanitarian organization that provides emergency assistance, disaster relief, and education in 190 countries. However, the process of receiving cash from the Red Cross can be cumbersome and time-consuming for those in need. This was a significant problem for people who were already dealing with the stress of an emergency situation.

To address this issue, our team was tasked with creating a webapp and mobile app that would streamline the process of receiving cash from the Red Cross.

Solution

We created a user-friendly webapp and mobile app that made it easy for people to receive cash from the Red Cross. The app allowed users to fill out an application form online, which eliminated the need for them to visit a physical location to receive assistance.

Once users submitted their application, they could track its progress through the app. They would receive notifications when their application was approved, and they could choose whether to receive their funds via direct deposit or pick them up at a nearby location.
