Problem

Our team was tasked with developing a chatbot prototype for a big company as part of our school project. The client wanted a chatbot that could handle customer inquiries and provide quick responses to frequently asked questions. They also wanted the chatbot to be integrated with their existing website and social media platforms.

We faced several challenges during the development process. Firstly, we had to ensure that the chatbot was user-friendly and easy to navigate. Secondly, we had to integrate it with multiple platforms while ensuring that it remained responsive and efficient. Finally, we had to ensure that the chatbot was able to handle a large volume of queries without crashing or slowing down.

Solution

To develop the chatbot prototype, we used Figma - a popular design tool that allowed us to create wireframes and prototypes quickly and efficiently. We started by creating a basic flowchart of the chatbot's functionality, which helped us identify potential issues and areas for improvement.

We then created a series of wireframes using Figma, which allowed us to visualize the chatbot's interface and test its functionality in real-time. This helped us refine the design and ensure that it was user-friendly and easy to navigate.
