When we founded Aramcom Call Center, based on the old system , we quickly realized that the market was changing and we needed to adapt to stay competitive. We knew that simply offering call center services wasn't enough anymore, and we needed to find a way to stand out.

After conducting research and talking to our clients, we discovered that many of them were looking for coaching services in addition to call center support. However, finding reliable coaching providers was difficult and time-consuming for them. This presented an opportunity for us to expand our services and offer coaching as well.

Solution

We decided to start offering coaching services alongside our call center support. To do this, we hired experienced coaches who could provide high-quality coaching sessions tailored to each client's needs.

In order to streamline the process for our clients, we created a platform where they could easily book coaching sessions with their preferred coach. The platform also allowed clients to track their progress over time and provided valuable insights into their performance on calls.
