Problem

Starting a new unit in an acute facility can be challenging. Patients may not feel comfortable presenting with health issues to a newer unit even with tenured medical staff. This was the problem we faced when we began working on this project.

We needed to build patient care awareness and rapport for our unit in order for the community to feel safe presenting with their health issues to us.

Solution

To solve this problem, we decided to create a video that would showcase our unit and the services we provide. We wanted it to be informative, yet engaging enough to keep viewers interested.

The video included interviews with our medical staff, footage of our facilities, and testimonials from patients who had received care from us. We also made sure to include information about our qualifications and experience as medical professionals.
