A jewelry manufacturing company located in the diamond district of LA was struggling to find sales during the pandemic. The company had been relying on foot traffic and in-person sales, but with the pandemic, they were forced to shut down their physical store and move all sales online. We also offered discounts on custom-made pieces that would be unique to each client's style and preferences. This approach worked well, and we were able to form partnerships with several upper-level clients, including boxing champ Canelo Alvarez.
