Additionally, Ford Expert, a program that connects customers with certified experts for vehicle-related queries, was not integrated into the platform.

Solution

To solve this problem, we created an AI-powered chatbot that integrated both Discover Your Ford and Ford Expert. The chatbot asked customers questions about their preferences and provided them with personalized recommendations for vehicles based on their answers. It also connected them with certified experts for any additional queries they had.
