Our client, a large retail chain, was struggling with high employee turnover rates and low job satisfaction among their staff. Solution

We developed an internal communication platform that allowed employees to easily share feedback, ideas, and concerns with their managers. The platform also included features such as recognition badges for outstanding performance and a company-wide newsfeed for important updates.

To ensure that managers were equipped to handle these communications effectively, we provided training on active listening skills and how to give constructive feedback. We also created a dashboard for managers that displayed key metrics such as employee engagement levels and response times.
