Behring Co. was facing a challenge in building trust with potential customers. The company had a great product, but people were hesitant to try it out due to the lack of social proof. Behring Co. needed a way to showcase customer satisfaction and build trust with new customers.
We realized that we needed to create a testimonial campaign that would highlight the positive experiences of our current customers and encourage new customers to try our product.
Solution
We created a testimonial campaign that featured video interviews with satisfied customers. We reached out to our most loyal customers and asked them if they would be willing to participate in the campaign. We then filmed short interviews with each participant, asking them about their experience with Behring Co.'s product.
Once we had all of the footage, we edited it into short videos that we could share on social media and our website. We also created a landing page specifically for the testimonial campaign where potential customers could watch all of the videos in one place.
