Background

RADIO is VMware’s annual R&D Innovation Offsite that brings together VMware’s technologists and leaders from around the world in the spirit of ingenuity and collaboration. For the last 20+ years, RADIO has been a catalyst of innovation that celebrates human potential and forward-thinking, novel ideas within VMware. VMware’s brand team developed the strategy, creative and implementation of this annual internal conference. This conference took both in-person in San Francisco and also included live streaming virtual components.

I led the design development of both the creative that supported both an interactive conference experience, the in-person event, and all promo materials leading up to the conference. RADIO was a time to showcase innovative work happening at VMware and provide attendees with opportunities to expand their network, build relationships across VMware’s global community and have fun. The magic of RADIO is created through its wide variety of sessions that offer multiple ways to connect, learn and inspire.
