Problem

Our team was tasked with designing a building that would seamlessly blend modern and historic elements. The challenge was to create a space that would be visually stunning while also being functional for commercial use.

We had to consider the unique needs of the businesses that would occupy the space, as well as the surrounding community. We wanted to create a building that would stand out in the area and become a landmark, but we also had to ensure that it fit in with the existing architecture.

Solution

After extensive research and brainstorming sessions, we came up with a design that incorporated both modern and historic elements seamlessly. We used black glass for the facade of the building, which created a striking contrast against the red brick wall with ionic style columns and wooden windows.

The interior of the building was designed with functionality in mind. We created flexible spaces that could be easily adapted to suit different types of businesses. We also included green spaces throughout the building to promote sustainability and improve air quality.
