We created an Amazon.com-like vetted candidate catalog for employers looking for software engineers. This allowed employers to quickly find qualified candidates, request interviews, and hire within two days. For software engineers seeking high-paid U.S. software roles, we built a job recommendation engine that quintupled the pool of vetted software engineers and doubled the job fulfillment rate.

To address the lack of effective lead generation tools for businesses, we created an outbound email platform and an ML-based advertisement training platform. These tools helped increase the user base from 0 to 150K in just four months.
