This process was time-consuming and inefficient. The company needed a solution that would digitize the document signing experience for new hires at all levels.

The problem was compounded by the fact that there was no centralized system in place to manage employee files across different countries. This made it difficult to track employee documents and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Solution

We designed and implemented a global HR document storage solution called Physical Files Management (PFM). PFM is an indispensable service that manages more than 34k employee files in 21 countries. It provides a centralized system for managing employee documents, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and reducing administrative burdens on HR staff.

PFM also digitizes the document signing experience for new hires at all levels. This eliminates the need for printing, shipping, scanning, and wet-signature processes. New hires can sign their documents electronically from anywhere in the world using PFM.
