To address this challenge, our team was tasked with developing a solution that could automatically analyze Amazon product reviews and provide insights into customer sentiment.

Solution

We developed a sentiment analysis tool that uses natural language processing (NLP) algorithms to identify the tone of Amazon product reviews. Our tool analyzes each review's text and assigns it a positive, negative, or neutral score based on the language used in the review.

The tool also provides an overall sentiment score for each product based on the average sentiment of all its reviews. This information can help Amazon sellers gain insights into their products' strengths and weaknesses and make data-driven decisions to improve their offerings.
