Boosting VfB Stuttgart's Social Media Engagement
Problem
Our client, VfB Stuttgart, a German football club, was struggling to engage with their fans on social media. Their current social media strategy was not effective in reaching their target audience and they were losing followers. The club needed a new approach to increase engagement and improve their online presence.
We conducted an analysis of their social media accounts and found that the content being posted was not relevant or interesting to the fans. Additionally, there was no consistency in the posting schedule which made it difficult for fans to keep up with the latest news and updates.

Solution
We developed a comprehensive social media strategy that focused on creating engaging content that would resonate with the fans. We created a content calendar that included regular updates about team news, player interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, and fan interactions. We also ensured that the posts were scheduled at optimal times when the majority of the fans were active on social media.
To further improve engagement, we launched several social media campaigns such as "Fan of the Week" where we featured a different fan every week on all our social media platforms. We also encouraged fans to share their experiences using hashtags specific to each campaign.
