We noticed that there was a lack of affordable shopping options for students at Amrita University, Amritapuri Campus. Many students were struggling to make ends meet and didn't have access to basic necessities like clothing and household items. We wanted to create a solution that would provide these items at an affordable price while also promoting sustainability.

After conducting research, we found that setting up a thrift store on campus would be the best way to address this issue. However, we knew that creating a detailed project plan would be crucial in order to ensure the success of the thrift store.

Solution

Our team worked together to create a detailed project plan for setting up a thrift store on campus. We identified key stakeholders, including potential customers and suppliers, and conducted market research to determine what types of items would be most in demand.

We also developed a comprehensive budget and timeline for the project, taking into account factors like rent, utilities, and staffing costs. In addition, we created marketing materials to promote the thrift store and attract customers.
