Problem

Our team was tasked with developing a mobile app for a food delivery service called Food Runner. The client wanted an app that would allow users to browse menus, place orders, and track deliveries in real-time. However, the client had a limited budget and needed the app to be developed within a tight timeline.

One of the biggest challenges we faced was integrating the app with various restaurant POS systems. Each restaurant used different software, which made it difficult to create a seamless ordering process. Additionally, we needed to ensure that the app was user-friendly and could handle high volumes of traffic during peak hours.

Solution

To address these challenges, we decided to use React Native as our development framework. This allowed us to create a cross-platform app that could run on both iOS and Android devices. We also leveraged APIs provided by each restaurant's POS system to integrate their menus and ordering processes into the app.
