Our client, a small business owner, was struggling to maintain their social media presence while also managing the day-to-day operations of their business. They had limited resources and were unable to hire a full-time social media manager. As a result, their online engagement was low and they were missing out on potential customers.

We knew that we needed to find a solution that would allow our client to have a strong social media presence without taking up too much of their time or resources.

Solution

We decided to create a social media management plan for our client that would allow them to maintain an active online presence without having to spend too much time or money on it. We started by conducting research on their target audience and competitors in order to develop a strategy that would be effective in reaching potential customers.

Next, we created a content calendar that included daily posts across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. We also developed custom graphics and videos to make the posts more engaging. In addition, we monitored the accounts daily for comments and messages so that our client could respond promptly.
