Problem

As educators, we were faced with the challenge of providing personalized learning environments for every student despite limited time and budget. We recognized that students from low socio-economic backgrounds, with different mother tongues, and varying academic abilities required additional support to improve their academic access.

I have decided to create an AI personal tutor that would help students learn block coding skills in a psychological safe environment.

Solution

We created an AI personal tutor for students who needed additional support in learning block coding skills. Our AI personal tutor encouraged students through open-ended questions and provided a psychological safe environment where they could learn at their own pace.

The AI personal tutor was designed to be accessible to students whose mother tongue is not English and from low socio-economic conditions. The platform used AI technologies to adapt to each student's learning style and provide personalized feedback based on their progress.
