AI Teammate to help with High School Calculus Learning
Problem
High school calculus can be a challenging subject for many students, and traditional classroom instruction may not always provide the personalized attention that struggling students need. Our team was tasked with finding a way to help students learn high school calculus in a more engaging and effective way.
We knew that we needed to find a solution that would provide personalized attention to each student, while also making the learning process more interactive and engaging. We also wanted to find a way to leverage technology to make the learning experience more efficient.
Solution
After researching various options, we decided to create an AI teammate that could work with student groups to help them learn high school calculus. The AI teammate would be able to provide personalized attention by adapting its teaching style based on each student's strengths and weaknesses.
The AI teammate would also be able to engage students in a more interactive way by providing real-time feedback and answering questions as they arise. It will ask questions to help practice, or solve questions as provided by students which they are unable to answer. Thus, the tool can aid students' learning even when the teacher is not around.
