Problem

Our team, The Alchemists, was tasked with creating a report, slide presentation, and video about chemical engineering, engineering ethics, and the challenges and rewards of being an engineer. We encountered some difficulties during the project, particularly with time management.

One of our biggest obstacles was scheduling interviews with practicing engineers. Due to their busy schedules, it was difficult to find a time that worked for both parties. Additionally, we had to balance this project with our other coursework and extracurricular activities.

Solution

To overcome these challenges, we created a detailed project plan that included deadlines for each component of the project. This helped us stay on track and ensure that we were making progress each week.

We also made sure to communicate effectively as a team. We held regular meetings to discuss our progress and any issues that arose. By working together and supporting one another, we were able to overcome the obstacles we faced.
