Problem

A university needs a clear and concise code of conduct in regard to sexual misconduct that would ensure the safety of its students. The document needed to outline appropriate and inappropriate behaviors, violations according to the university and Indian law, consequences for different sexual crimes, and procedures for reporting.

The challenge was creating a document that was easy for students to understand while still covering all necessary information. Additionally, it was important to ensure that the document complied with all relevant laws and regulations.

Solution

Since I was designing a workshop without a particular college in mind, I used AI to help me create a code of conduct so that I could base my research on it. Upon researching relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance, I used AI to help me make a document that was easily understandable for students.

The resulting document clearly outlined appropriate and inappropriate behaviors, violations according to both university policy and Indian law, consequences for different types of sexual crimes, and procedures for reporting. The use of AI allowed us to efficiently create a thorough document that met all necessary requirements.
