Problem
Our client was struggling to achieve high ROAS and low cost per purchase on their TikTok Ads campaigns. They were only getting two or three orders per day before, which was not enough to sustain their business. The new algorithm updates from TikTok and the increasing competition in the platform made it even harder for them to achieve their goals.
We knew we had to come up with a solution that would help our client improve their results on TikTok Ads and increase their sales volume.
Solution
We started by analyzing our client's existing campaigns and identifying areas of improvement. We noticed that some of their ads were not performing well, while others were generating good results but could be optimized further.
We then created a testing plan that involved creating new ad creatives, testing different targeting options, and optimizing the bidding strategy. We also implemented retargeting campaigns to reach users who had previously interacted with our client's brand on TikTok.
