Solution

👩🏻I have created an easy to use a multiple projects tracker below with a selection of Project IDs, it will give a high level project progress view to all project managers.

You can:
✔Connect it to a multiple Project sheets (time based), or to a Task/ Project Management software or App with Open DATA connection.

✔Calculate Project Progress status with DAX. The Project Progress Status needs to agree with all project stakeholders (i,e Stage 1 completion is at 25% by the completed number of tasks, or progress time is 1/4 into the Project etc).

The real business situation will be more complicated but the principle of building the Project tracker is transformable.
A good customised project tracker should be clear, possess high-level explanations and help to determine the project progress at glance.
