Problem

Our team was faced with a backlog of 1800 tasks that needed to be resolved. Additionally, we were tasked with creating an education ERP product according to client specifications and satisfaction. The UI/UX of the product also needed a complete facelift.

We quickly realized that this project would require significant problem-solving skills and collaboration among our team of developers to ensure that we met all of the client's needs while also delivering a high-quality product.

Solution

To tackle this project, we first prioritized resolving the backlog tasks. We worked closely together to identify which tasks were most critical and then divided them up among our team members based on skillset and availability.

Next, we focused on creating the education ERP product according to client specifications. We liaised closely with the client throughout the process, providing regular updates and seeking feedback along the way. This allowed us to make adjustments as needed and ensure that the final product met all of their needs and expectations.

Finally, we gave the UI/UX of the product a complete facelift by designing 150 UX workflows and multiple elements such as tables for the product. This helped generate interest from three prospective clients before completion.
