BullyBlocker Streamlines Reporting with Web Platform
Problem
BullyBlocker, a non-profit organization dedicated to preventing bullying in schools, was struggling to keep up with the increasing number of reports they were receiving. Their current system was outdated and inefficient, leading to delayed responses and unresolved cases.
The team knew they needed a solution that would streamline their reporting process and allow them to respond to incidents in a timely manner.
Solution
We developed a web-based platform for BullyBlocker that allowed students, parents, and teachers to easily report incidents of bullying. The platform included features such as anonymous reporting, real-time notifications, and case management tools for BullyBlocker staff.
Through extensive user testing and feedback sessions with BullyBlocker staff, we were able to create a user-friendly interface that met the needs of all stakeholders involved. We also integrated the platform with BullyBlocker's existing database system for seamless data management.
